Using pixel size most closely relates to Microsoft word. Since Internet explorer sadly does not use the pixels font you use the ems. So you would use the number of pixels and divide it by 16 to get the number of ems.
70px/16px=4.375em
36px/16px=2.25em
10px/16px=.625em
